What are your working hours?

Hours depend on the client’s needs and the time frame we have to work around them. If we must work after your store’s hours, we will accommodate that time frame. We will also work with a Board if they allow work between 9am and 5pm.

What Forms of Payment are Accepted?

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes. We understand that emergencies happen and do not have set hours so we can work on a time frame that works for our clients.

Who pulls required permits for the job?

ProMark pulls all permits from the DOB needed for that job. Individual trades usually pull their own permits.

What equipment is used?

We will use the proper equipment that is needed to safely complete the job.

Do you have a payment schedule?

Payments are always worked out with the client and each differs based on the client’s needs.

Do you outsource any projects?

When needed, we outsource or sub out trades, plumbers, framers, painters, electricians, masonries, etc.

How long do projects usually take?

Each project is its own unique entity and each time frame is different per what is requested.
